This notice explains how Ordio processes personal data submitted through this reporting platform, operated on the Ordio platform (ordio.org).

What data we collect

When you submit a report we store: the description and photos you provide, the location of the reported issue, and — only if you choose to provide it — your email address or phone number for status notifications. Standard technical logs (IP address) are kept for security purposes.

Why we process it

Your data is used solely to register, route and resolve your report, and to notify you about its status. Report content and location are shown on the public map; your contact details are never published.

How long we keep it

Reports are kept as part of the municipal service record. Contact details are removed upon request or after the report has been closed and the notification purpose fulfilled.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting the municipality.
