What is included in every plan?
The citizen report form, public map, admin panel with department routing, unlimited staff accounts, and email notifications. Higher tiers exist to match the support load of larger populations, not to gate features.
Can we pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes. Public institutions can pay by invoice with 30-day terms — just choose "Request an invoice" on your Subscription page in the admin panel. Card payment is not required to start your trial.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
We email you a reminder 3 days before your trial ends. To continue, open the Subscription page in your admin panel and pay by card or request an invoice. If you do nothing, access is paused when the trial ends — your data is kept and you can reactivate anytime by choosing a plan.
Can we switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Your tier is based on population and can be adjusted as your needs change — email hello@ordio.org.
Is our data hosted in the EU?
Yes, on EU-based infrastructure.
