What is included in every plan?
The citizen report form, public map, admin panel with department routing, unlimited staff accounts, and email notifications. Higher tiers exist to match the support load of larger populations, not to gate features.
Can we pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes. Public institutions can pay by invoice — mention it when you sign up or email hello@ordio.org and we'll set it up. Card payment is not required to start your trial.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Nothing is charged automatically today — card billing is being rolled out. You'll get a reminder before your trial ends with clear options to continue.
Can we switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Your tier is based on population and can be adjusted as your needs change — email hello@ordio.org.
Is our data hosted in the EU?
Yes, on EU-based infrastructure.
